Terms of Service

By accessing or using needseeq services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Customer') and mytechnicalservice GmbH ('needseeq', 'we', 'us').

needseeq provides a B2B SaaS platform for customer needs analysis, assessments, benchmarking, and AI-powered solution recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with 30 days notice, except in cases of security concerns or legal requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfering with other users' access to our services or platform performance
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, APIs, and documentation, are the exclusive property of needseeq and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during the subscription term.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aachen, Germany. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may terminate your subscription before the changes take effect.
