Customer feedback for technical service
Feedback on every service event – as a basis for decisions on service, spare parts, service contracts and partners.
needseeq rewards every serious answer with a gift card or a donation – whether it is positive, neutral or critical.
Pilot goal: higher response rates than classic surveys – measured together with you.

On-site, remote, hotline, digital.
Split by role, AI-analysedplanned
Operators, maintenance, purchasing, management.
Little effort for your team
needseeq handles invitation, check and reward.
Data for steering
A reward – for criticism too
Gift card or donation, promised up front.
A neutral check
needseeq decides, not the provider being rated.
An answer backplanned
The closed loop shows what has changed.
Clear, personal, no account. Purpose, reward and check come first – so the person knows up front what they are agreeing to.
Anyone who would rather not accept anything for themselves chooses a donation instead of a gift card before answering.

needseeq, never the provider being rated. Every answer is checked against the same criteria – positive, neutral or critical.
Accepted
Understandable and on topic. The reward is released – exactly once.
Unclear
Read in context; we ask the respondent if needed. Middle-of-the-road ratings are no reason to reject.
Not usable
Random or off-topic text. Every rejection comes with a reason.
Because that is what makes the answers worth reading. The reward pays for serious participation, and needseeq checks validity with the same criteria for praise and criticism. A reward that depended on a good rating would buy praise, not feedback.
They can choose a donation instead of a gift card before answering. That does not replace their employer's gift policy – in healthcare and the public sector we review participation case by case.
A gift card for the amount you set, bought and emailed by needseeq once the answer is accepted – or the donation they chose. The invitation names the expected timing. One answer, one reward, exactly once.
A gift card is remuneration for the respondent, who taxes it themselves; needseeq issues a statement of the amount received. A donation creates no claim for the respondent. This is not legal or tax advice.
You decide per campaign, before the first invitation. The amount is stated in every invitation and cannot change afterwards. In the pilot we compare amounts with you and look at the cost per useful answer, not just per valid one.
People who experienced your service and whose contact details you may use for this. needseeq sends as a clearly named sender, with an opt-out and a blocklist. The answers reach you – the invitation says so; we never promise anonymity where you can recognise the respondent.
A pilot for mid-sized companies in technical service. At our booth we show live how your first service event starts: Service Congress · 4–5 November · Essen, booth 2.
