Your feedback is rewarded, praise or criticism.

A service provider wants to hear how a visit went. From you, through needseeq. Here is what happens with your answer, in five steps.

  1. Invitationemail, link or QR code

Your invitation arrives, or you open a link

needseeq emails you a personal link on behalf of the provider that served you, or you open a feedback link or QR code the provider shares. The page leads with the questions, and states who sees your answer and what the check looks for. Your reward comes after your answer, and its amount is the same for praise and criticism.

Your feedback on the service visit of 12 Sept

Vienna Tech GmbH would like to hear how the maintenance visit went. Answer first, then choose a €5 reward, whatever you said: a gift card, a donation or none. It takes about three minutes.

    You describe the visit

Questions chosen for your role and this visit: an operator is asked different things than a buyer. Yes/no, scores and free text, written the way you would tell a colleague. You can reopen your link and edit until the check is done.

What was good, what was missing?
Arrived 40 minutes late but called ahead, which helped. Fixed the compressor within the hour. Would have liked a short written summary of what was changed.

You choose what your reward does

Once you have answered, you pick from the options the provider has enabled: a gift card, a donation to your own registered club, a donation to one of three pre-checked charities, or no reward at all. For your own club you confirm once that you are not on its board or in its management, have no economic interest in it and are not closely related to anyone who does. Without that confirmation the club cannot be chosen. Plain membership is fine.

    • Gift card
€5, if your employer allows it: you confirm this yourself
    • Your own club
A registered non-profit you name, checked first
    • A charity
      One of three pre-checked organisations
    • No reward
You waive it, your answer still counts
No board seat, management role, business or close family tie to the recipient
Only the options Vienna Tech GmbH has enabled

We check that your answer is complete

Praise, criticism and a plain “it was fine” all pass the same check: does the answer relate to the visit, and does it answer the questions? An AI checks first; anything in doubt goes to someone on the needseeq team. A refusal comes with its reason, and you can object. needseeq decides on the reward, not the provider.

You see where your answer stands

Your link shows where your answer stands: submitted, in the check, then accepted or not, with the reason if not. Your reward runs separately and is released only once your answer has passed the check; for your own club, also once the club has been checked. Gift-card codes arrive by email; needseeq pays donations to the organisation with its next collective transfer.

What passes the check

What counts is a real report of a real visit, whatever its opinion. Three answers, three verdicts.

  • Accepted
“Technician was friendly but the spare part took two weeks. Machine ran fine afterwards.”

    A real account, critical included

Relates to the visit, answers the questions. Accepted, whether the tone is warm or annoyed.

  • Second look
    “ok” · “ok” · “ok” · 3/5 · 3/5 · 3/5

Uniform answers get a closer look

Middle answers everywhere are read in context. An average visit may get an average rating. Someone on the needseeq team takes a second look and asks you first if needed.

  • Not usable
“asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf”

Random keys instead of a report

Random keys, meaningless repetition or unrelated text are rejected. A refusal always comes with the reason, and you can object.

Questions people ask before they answer

Do I need an account or a password?+

No. A personal invitation link is your login. If you start from a link or QR code instead, we verify you before your answer counts.

What if my feedback is critical?+

Then it is exactly what the provider paid to hear. Critical, neutral and positive answers pass the same check and get the same reward options.

Can I change my answer later?+

Yes. Open your link again and edit until the check has run. After that, the answer and your choice are settled.

Which reward can I choose, and when is it released?+

Once you have answered, you pick from what the provider has enabled: a gift card, a donation to your own club or to one of three pre-checked charities, or no reward. It is released only after the check. For a gift card you confirm yourself that your employer's rules allow you to accept it; nobody at your employer is asked. A club and its bank account are checked first. Gift-card codes arrive by email; needseeq pays donations to the organisation with its next collective transfer.

Who sees my answer?+

needseeq reads it for the check, and the provider who asked receives it. Whether they see it with your name or only in summarised form is stated before you write.

Can I answer twice, or on behalf of a colleague?+

No. One invitation, one answer, one reward. Colleagues who were involved, in their own role, receive their own invitation.

Got an invitation or a feedback link?

Open it whenever you have a few minutes. The first screen leads with the questions; the terms and your reward choice follow your answer.
